| In consideration of being permitted to participate in the hot lapping
event, I hereby release and forever discharge, SAFE Motorsports, Inc., and
its Instructors, Officials, Directors, Officers and Fellow Drivers,
personally and as agentsof the corporation, from any and all actions,
causes of actions, liability, claims and demands upon or by reason of any
damage, loss, or suffering which may be sustained by me in connection with
and in the course of participating in this event, regardless of any
negligence on the part of anybody. I hereby waive all my rights to the
claims, actions, causes of action, demands or suits for loss, injury,
damage or suffering sustained in this event. I assume all the risks
inherent and incidental to this type of activity. I KNOW THE NATURE OF THE
ACTIVITY AND UNDERSTAND THAT SUCH ACTIVITY IS VERY DANGEROUS; THAT
PARTICIPATION INVOLVES RISK OF SERIOUS BODILY INJURY INCLUDING PERMANENT
DISABILITY, PARALYSIS AND DEATH ("RISKS"); THAT RISKS MAY BE A RESULT OF
CONDUCT OR ACTIONS OF MYSELF OR OTHERS, OR A RESULT OF THE CONDITION OR
LAYOUT OF THE COURSE, OR THE RESULT OF THE NEGLIGENCE OF INSTRUCTORS OR
OFFICIALS, OR FELLOW DRIVERS, OR THE RESULT OF SOMETHING UNFORESEEABLE. I
hereby agree to hold SAFE Motorsports, Inc., and its Instructors,
Officials, Directors, Officers and Fellow Drivers, harmless from and
against all claims, demands, actions, causes of actions, or suits which
may be brought or made on account of or by reason of any injury or damage
or suffering inflicted, regardless of negligence. |
